- Order Processing Time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note: We process and ship orders within 14 days of receiving cleared payment.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. *Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days *Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days Shipping delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
- International Shipping - We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that: - Any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. - International delivery times may vary significantly.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the link provided.
- Lost or Stolen Packages - Aurelian Crystal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
